Arun Singh, BJP national general secretary, told CNNNews18 that the National Democratic Alliance will form the next government in Bihar. “Nitish Kumar will be the chief minister,” says Singh. “In the elections that have been held all over the country, the Bharatiya Janata Party is waving the Congress Party towards the end.
